Cell begins with a certain word or number
I was working on a list of responses, but some of these responses have text or numbers before the actual response/answer.
Ex. #38500 in memory of....
I'm looking to find a way to have each cell begin with the "in memory" section to make all responses relatively the same.

Based on what you have said and your sample file, I have no idea what you want. One example is not enough. You need to list any and all variations you typically see, together with before and after views

I just updated the file but the new one should make sense; I'm essentially just trying to clean up the data so it's all consistent and begin with "in memory" rather than a few responses having words or numbers before the "in memory" statement.
What is 2208? Is it a version of 365 or something else? Please clarify your forum profile.

So when I looked for the version I went to my account info and it says version 2208 (build 15601.20538).

So, every row has the same name ... "Test"??? Or are they likely to be different names? Will there always be an "of"? And/or, will the name always be the last two words?
Yes, but which product is it? Excel 2019, Excel 2021 or Excel 365? That also needs to be in your profile.
