Picture in a cell

Hi everyone,

is it possible to convert an image from floating over a cell to being placed in a cell?
my file consists of hundreds of images I cannot copy the image to my drive and then place it in a cell
It is time-consuming. attached is an example of the file.

Hi Thank you for your efforts, however, my goal was to place the images that are already in my workbook
inside the cells. they default to float over the cells, your code appears to be retrieving images from my
drive and placing them inside the cells. anyhow the code did not work

Where are your images stored on your computer ? What is the path to the images. They all need to be in the same folder.

my images are not stored anywhere I download the file from an external system and all the images are
placed over the cells, I just need the code to place them inside the cells that's it.

I've reviewed my code and found several mistakes. Please accept my apology for the errors.

Instructions:

Download all of your images into a single folder on your computer. The fPath in the code will include the full path to your images location.

In this example, the image names will be entered into Column D. The images will be displayed in Column C. You can edit the macro code so the names are in a different column and the images display in a different column as well.

NOTE: The image names in Column D DO NOT require the file extension.

Study the code and edit as required. Let me know how it worked out for you or if you have any problems. I've verified the code works here.

by that, I mean to save the pictures from the worksheet to the drive.
