    formatting the x-axis on the graph so that it displays only the first quarter

    Dear Community,

    I have an Excel file with years and indicators. Although in column A are the following values: 2000, 2000, 2000, ..........., 2010, 2010, 2010, I know that they correspond to the quarters of the year. I want o make the graph for the indicators. I want to display only the first quarter and the year on the chart with 5 years interval. Can somebody help me?

    Please find attached the data example

    Just add another column for the corresponding quarters and use a pivot table?

    Just right click the graph and change chart type...
