    Post SUM Value error

Hello, I am new to this forum and hope you can guide me.

I am not an expert in Excel, but I can work on an Excel document by google search.

I get #DIV/0 when I try to calculate the agent AHT (Average handle time).

I am hoping I can get some help to fix this error.
    Here is the screenshot.

    Re: SUM Value error

You divide by the contents of column B. On row 5, this is zero ( 0 ). To cater for that, you can use IFERROR. For example:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Welcome to the Forum simransonu08!

First, it is almost always better to attach your actual Excel file instead of a screenshot. Please see the yellow banner at the top of the page.

Mathematics says that division by 0 is undefined, so Excel can't do it either. The error you get is because B5 is 0. To fix this, update your formula:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

This will leave the result blank if the Count is 0.

Another question if you have time to answer. You may refuse to help.

May I send you the excel data that I maintain that i use for sending out the weekly/monthly stats to the team. The application used at my company does not really provide an accurate average report. So I manually dump data into my Excel to calculate the average. We don't assign metrics to agents but I like to share the data with them.
Report 7.17-7.21 and 7.24-7.29 is the raw data downloaded from our application.

Yes, it IS another question. Please mark THIS thread as solved and start a new thread with the new question. This is NOT a refusal to help.
