Formula not working to calculate leave distribution

Hi

I have received great help from Excelforum in the past with solving my problem but this one is not working out. I want to calculate in my table the total number of a certain type of entry (an absence- Table 7) taken on a given day and differentiate whether it is taken at night or during the day, and what calendar day. (Table 810) based on the presences/absences noted in Table 26. See spreadsheet attached The logic is appended in H23, and the formula starts in I9.

I also want to change the formula in AH9 to count presences/absences from Table 26 for one calendar month e.g. July. Currently, it is counting from the 1st January

So not looking for much then
