Discounted Cash Flow "What if" analysis (Showing incorrect values)

i was doing a virtual internship where i needed to produce a dcf model. The value presented in the sheet are correct and producing the desirable result but i cant produce a correct what if analysis model. can someone point the error and help me correct it.

What part of this worksheet is the "what if analysis model"? What indicates that there is an error?

The last part where there are two tables.

The correct values are portrayed in the right most end of the table.
But it should be displayed in 8.5 percent and 12x.

Don't know what's going wrong.
