    Question Problem with Specific item to specific month sum

    Hello, newbie here

    My problem comes from having 2 sheets one that gets regular updates with new items for the specified data, and the other sheet has a table that has separation of each item for each month that i want to add up. However, 1- i dont know if its possible, 2- i dont know how to do it. More info is the 1st sheet that has the registration daily, the items are in a row as part of a list (from data validation) since i thought that could help.

    Any help is apreciated . Btw Sorry my excel is in portuguese

    Welcome to the forum.

    Please check which Excel version you have.

    There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

    A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
