Hi

i work in a warehouse as a manager and i need to monitor the times between transactions and total this at the bottom so i can see how many breaks people are having during their shift.

i have attached an example for you

The times in your file are all stored as numbers and not text, so any "time between two times" calculation should be a simple subtraction. For example, I can put =B2-B1 into C2 [copy/paste/fill down] and get the time difference between each successive pairs of points.

I'm not sure how you are choosing which times to calculate the difference between. Choose the times, then simply subtract the later from the earlier.
