Fixing/freezing cells next to each other

Hello!

Its hard to explain but i will try my best.
I often work with pivot tables that i later examine and add a little note next to them in a different column, then after a week or so, i update the pivot table but the comments i added just get mixed up since the pivot tables size is different than before.

Like this i have the pivot table and added comments to a few rows but tomorrow if i update this pivot table and i get 50 more rows into it, the comments won't stay next to these 2 columns as i intended them to be.

Is there a way to somehow freeze them together in a way that the pivot table will still be usable?
