Sort & Uniqe Showing 0 - How to Remove?

    Hi Group

I'm using the following to extract & sort unique company names.

    =Total Listed Suppliers: "&TEXT(COUNTA(K47:K5000),"##")

Function works well but it adds a " 0 " at the bottom of the list.

Why is this showing up & more importantly, how to remove it?

    Thanks

That function is not extracting or sorting.

Most likely you have blank cells in your data that you are using UNIQUE on - you should use FILTER to exclude them.

At the bottom of what list?

Attach a sample workbook, please. That formula on its own won't produce a list.

    Try this,

    =SORT(UNIQUE(FILTER(C8:C4961,C8:C4961<>""),,FALSE))
