    can't change FONT COLOUR

    I've downloaded some accounts and all the debits are red. I'm trying to change them to black, using the Font tab but nothing happens, Any idea on how to solve this ?

    It will be part of the number formatting, probably. Or conditional formatting.

    Attach a small sample.

    This is a small sample, nothing much to show in Col. C other than red numbers.
    I've had to supply a jpeg as I've been unable to attach an Excel copy.

    Look down and right - there is a Go Advanced button.

    Instructions are in the yellow banner at the top.

    In Number formatting, the Currency settings are set to the FOURTH option, which is red for negative numbers. Change that to the FIRST option.
