In the attached worksheet, rows 34 through 41 contain data that needs to be visible even if a filter is applied to the TeamBellCurveRawData table. For example, if I filter the "Job Level" column to show only associates, because so many rows are hidden, rows 34 through 41 move behind the chart, and are therefore not visible. If I make the chart move and size with cells, it gets way too vertically short when filtering by job level, so that is not a viable solution. Freeze frames doesn't work here.
I am very open to novel solutions. Some kind of floating overlay would be ideal; I just have no idea if such a thing is even possible. Side by side view is not a viable solution in this situation (simply moving everything from columns J through Q to a different worksheet), as per management.
In case anyone is wondering, I can't simply move rows 34 through 41 below the table. It needs to be visible at the same time as the table, and some tables may contain dozens of more rows, depending on the team, which would push the rating categories too far down.
I appreciate any help with this issue! I know it's a strange one.
