Count consecutive number of cells that contain a number

Column I has numbers or "UR" in it. I need a formula in cell M1361 that will tell me the consecutive count of numbers from bottom to top before the column of numbers is interrupted by a "UR"

I'm trying your formula on a different column and im getting "123" when i should be getting "13". The solution worked for the previous problem but didn't with this one. SO I assumed another thread was needed
