    Lightbulb Formula to get a character based on date and name together

    Dear all,

    greetings from kuwait.. nice to chat after a long time.

    i have a attendance sheet as per attached file.

    i want a formula for highlighted cells "my requirement"..

    i have list of 100 staff.. i want absent report based on date and name on daily bases.

    kindly help as usual.

    In J4 copied across and down:

    =COUNTIF($B3:$H3,J$2)

    Could you please see again attached file.. i want if i change any name in J4:j6, i should get a report like k4:T5 base on my data.
