Insert entire BLANK ROW between new TEXT

Hi,

I have a data whereas its sorted Alphabetically and by time but I need to insert a BLANK row every after a new name.

I used a formula first where it will return FALSE once its a new name. So I want to insert an entire BLANK ROW above that FALSE result.

Attached here is the sampla data.
