Refresh one cell with a function and not the whole spreadsheet

I'm trying to create a button that when clicked will only refresh one cell and not all the functions on a spreadsheet.

Not sure if this is possible without VBA. If it is that would the preferred method. Otherwise, if someone knows how to solve this VBA that would be appreciated.
