how to append one workbook with data from 2nd workbook

I have a list of addresses with 6 blank fields marked for geocoded data ("Properties (not geocoded)"). A second workbook contains the same addresses with the 6 geocoded data completed ("geocoded"). This second workbook has more addresses than the first file.

I must append the properties file with the matching addresses with geocoded data from the "geocoded" workbook. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

Clarification ... is the goal here to only bring over data for the 19 properties in the Properties files, or to also add any "missing" data from the GeoCoded file? The reason I ask is that the dataset is duplicative ... all information on the Properties file is in the Geocoded file, which makes me wonder what the point of the Properties file is in the first place.

If you're simply trying to lookup data from Properties and pull over data from the corresponding records in Geocoded, any of the Lookup functions will do the job.

It's to add any "missing" data from the GeoCoded file.
