Calculating Manhours according Date Period

Sir,

I am creating a data sheet to calculate Manhours according to the Date period.

In Sheet, there is two tables, One table for Manhours and another is ManPower

in the Manhours sheet, the value will added automatically from table Manpower *8 ( Eg : Cell H3 = Cell B3 * 8)

M4, M6 , M8

I am looking to get value on Total Manhours ( M8) according to date period ( Start Date ( M4 ) & End Date (M6 ) )

I tried with the Sumproduct function, but showing the result
