thank you for your help on previous posts. having issues of blank variable dropping, also need to add some steps. attached files..
need to export 2 CSV files (from two different pdfs) and merge into one line in excel in the correct variables.
the the workflow has the customer fill out "customer fill out Form" pdf with device then goes to the production person where he fills out "Tech fill out form" pdf. any information can be over written by "Tech fill out form" pdf data.
the one excel line of data may have information that can be overwritten by the "Tech fill out form" pdf data.
once this is done the one excel line needs to go into a "master data from both forms" pdf list in the correct variables that will be added too. i hope this makes sense.
