    Conditional Formatting on DATES

    Hi all,
    I've employee list and joining date of every employee. I want to highlight the names of employees based on their joining dates with different colors.
    the names should be highlighted if today they have completed below mentioned times in the organization.

    90 days, 1 year, 2 years, 3years, 5years, 8 years, 10years, 15years, 20years, 25years, 30years.

    You will need a new rule for each category.

    Start with something like....
    =A1>=today()-90
    format fill as needed

    Repeat this for the other durations
    1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
    2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
    3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

    Thank you for the help.
    It worked just after removing the ( > ) sign from your formula.
