Graphs in a cell? Help Identifying processes

Hi all, apologies for the non-descript title as I'm not even sure what I am looking at in this sheet that someone just showed on their Youtube. I am trying to create a running schedule, and here they have the week, volume (kms) and load. I am trying to figure out how to make this graph that is in row 12. It feeds off rows 13 & 14, but that's about all I know. Each column in row 12 automatically updates when the data is filled in on the below rows. Does anyone know what this is called so I can research how to do it or how to begin creating it ? Sorry for an extremely ambiguous description, but I have no clue where to even begin with this one, it looks awesome though!

I'm not sure the name in English, could be 'combination', but the image will guide you.

Looks like a Column/Line combination chart. Sized to cover 52 columns.

But it may also be 2 separate charts, Line and column
    Cheers
