    Exclamation Conditional formatting not saved / how to copy rule on different line

    Hello!

    I have this file that I created and I had manually created the CONDITIONAL FORMATTING line by line so that besides the numbers I enter in each column for the monthly sales for each code would have a little red/yellow/green icon beside each entry that would give me a visual if the number of cases sold per month was higher/lower or matches the calculated AVERAGE monthly sales Cell P.

    I did all 153 lines one by one, but after I saved the file and tested it, I got some rows that kept the formatting and others that didn't.

    Also, is there a way to copy the rule for CONDITIONNAL FORMATTING to all the lines without having to create the rule one by one.

    I need the rule for example for Line # 7 to take into consideration the calculation (based on my formula saved in cell P7).
    The CONDITIONAL FORMATTING I selected:

    CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
    NEW RULE
    FORMAT STYLE: ICON SETS
    ICON STYLE: SELECTED THE ICONS I WANT WITH 3 DIFFERENT COLORS
    GREEN: WHEN VALUE IS >= =$P$7 TYPE FORMULA
    YELLOW WEN < FORMULA AND > =$P$7 TYPE FORMULA
    RED WHEN <= FORMULA

    When copying the same format on the line below I need it to be :
    GREEN: WHEN VALUE IS >= =$P$8 TYPE FORMULA
    YELLOW WEN < FORMULA AND > =$P$8 TYPE FORMULA
    RED WHEN <= FORMULA

    How can this be done?

    Just adjust the dollar signs.

    Instead of $P$7

    Change to $P7 (you only need to lock the column from changing)

    and apply the conditional formatting to the entire range: A7:P156
    HTH
    Regards, Jeff
