Unhappy How to disable automatic movement of my view when I change something in the table

When I copy and paste a set of rows, or delete one, my display is moved to the right (with 85% zoom, my standard), at the end of the cells, this is hugely annoying as I have to do this several times in the spreadsheet.

    Is there any solution?

    Huge thanks!

Which version of Excel? There is no 2020 version ... Is it 365?

Yes, get rid of those merged cells. They are nothing but trouble

    In fact, you are right.

The problem is that I can't get rid of them at the moment, they are part of a much larger spreadsheet that integrates all the data.

You can see an example below, I have three rows of phase, neutral and ground, but anyway, I would like to know if there is any way to fix it without having to redo everything, as it is not an option.

That attachment comes up as invalid. I very much doubt you can change the behaviour your getting (without using VBA), it's one of the many problems with merging cells.
