Automatic movement of cursor into next cell

I want to be able to enter a single digit figure into a cell and have the cursor move automatically to the next cell to the right. then enter a figure in there and have it do the same thing. is this possible and, if so, how?

Getting it to move to the right can be achieved by setting "After pressing enter, move selection ..." and choose "right" on the Advanced tab in the Excel Options.

You can probably manage the length of the input using a Custom Data Validation ... but it would still require you to press Enter.

Thanks for that. I now have the cells only accepting a single digit number and the cursor moving to the right when I hit enter. What i would really like is for the cursor to move to the right as soon as i enter the digit and not have to press enter; any ideas anybody?
