How to enable copy and paste on a protected sheet?

Hi,

Hope all are well.

I am having issues copying and pasting data in protected sheets "Decommissioning Request Form" and "Serialisation Confirmation Form" from cell B59 and B20 respectively although these cells are not locked/hidden.

The data to be copied is in column A of sheet 1 and is to be pasted in cell B59, C59 and D59 of sheet "Decommissioning Request Form".

If i paste data from sheet 1, it doesn't appear. If i paste from notepad, it shows below error.

The sheet will be protected with a password (123).

Can someone please help

Sheet will be protected all the time but the cells to be pasted are unlocked. Still it doesnt get pasted.

Sorry but i still couldn't figure out how to paste data. However, i noticed the difference.

The inability to paste data from a notepad/excel is limited only to table i.e. from row 59 to 95 (37 rows). If i paste 37 rows from notepad/Sheet1, the data is pasted properly. If i paste anything more than 37 rows from notepad, it shows sheet is locked. If i paste from Sheet1, it shows blank.

Can someone please let me know the cause and solution
