Copying a sheet causes message pop-up asking to use same version of the name

SORRY - PLEASE IGNORE FOR NOW. I downloaded the attach and see it's not exhibiting the Behavior!!! I need to work on it to get a good sample file.

I have a large spreadsheet that I've pared down to about nothing. It's one empty sheet and another sheet with a 1 cell table. When I try to make a copy of the empty sheet, I get the pop-up, The name (named cell) already exists. Click Yes to use that version of the name, etc...). The named cell is NOT on the empty sheet, but a header of the table in the other sheet. In my real spreadsheet I have many sheets like the one that gives me the error and when I copy any of them, I do not get any message. Can you tell why I get this message?
