Always display certain rows no matter what the filtering is?

When filtering in this sheet in column B I would like row 2,10,22,35 (blanks) to always be visible even though that (blanks) were not selected in filtering for column B. These rows are "headers" and I want them to never be excluded in the filtering. Can it be done?

Probably not. You could put a "dummy" character, word or phrase on the rows that have subheadings. Format the font as the same colour as the cell fill colour and it won't show up. Maybe use the word "sub-head".

I think you HAVE to select the blanks as well, to make that work
