where do you want the % complete and whats it based on ? - not following 100% , can you give an example of how you want to show the % complete , whats it based on and also an example manually calculated
Where do you want the milestones
I just have an old gantt chart i used many many years ago , and desensitised it , so i could use on forums
it shows milestones as a separate row item, posted here so you can see how it might look , and modify your own sheet to do the same

Thanks for the reply,I need the % completed in following areas
1.As you may see I have inserted a new column called % completed
2.I need the the % completed conditional formatted as another colour within the duration,so for example Act001 is of 6 days and marked in blue, while my requirement is "Today" is the 3rd day and I have completed 60% of the work,I want the 3 days in another colour and 60% shown in the cell.
I hope I can explain the scenario to you.
