Multiple dropdown selections and showing data

Hope you're well. There's a slight help needed, please. In the attached testbook, when I select Site Red, Year 2020 and leave the Quarter empty, it repeats a name with it's count - whereas it should give a total of that name.

For instance, I want the top 5 names with the highest count (sorted from largest to smallest values) based upon selections in B1, B2 and B3.

If B1 is selected (B2 and B3 are empty) it should show all the top 5 names with highest count for that site.
If B1 and B2 are selected (B3 is empty) it should show all the top 5 names with highest count for that site and year selected.
If B1, B2 and B3 all are selected it should show all the top 5 names with the highest count for that site, year and quarter selected.

As another example, if you select Red in B1, 2020 in B2 and leave B3 empty, it'll show the name Ali twice with a total of 200 each. It should show Ali one and a total of 400, because it would mean that the name Ali was used 400 times for that site and year.

How many rows do you have in Bylines?

I would find it strange that the formula is causing the problems.

I just tested with 25,000 rows and the response time is still less than 0.25 seconds.
