Excel is not working properly

I'm currently utilizing Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2401 Build 16.0.17231.20236) 64-bit.

Recently, I implemented several macros, one of which was intended to disable right-clicking on tabs. However, upon opening a new worksheet, I've encountered some unusual challenges:

Unable to right-click on the tabs, even when no other files are open.
Certain formulas are not updating automatically.
Excel functions, including basic actions like copy and paste, are experiencing significant slowdowns and occasionally require multiple attempts to function properly.
I've attempted to reset and repair Excel, but unfortunately, these actions have not resolved the issues.

This macro worked then!

I deleted the macro... Plus, I am using a new file that shouldn't be impacted by the macro disabled in the other file.

Please advise
