Moving data from rows into columns

Hi
I'm looking for a way to move multiple rows of data into columns. I've tried the transpose function in power query, but it's not coming out how I require it. I have a reasonable knowledge of PQ, but think this is maybe next level for me.

The attached example shows what it is currently like and then how I would like it to look (this is just example data and not the real data I am using)
