need help to calccute worked hours

Hi

I require some help i have a sheet with thousand of rows with shift times, i want to calculate the worked hours but my formula =sum(B1-A1 ) only works if theend time is smaller than the start time

example 0715 - 2030- works
2030 - 0700 not getting result

Please help
