Transferring Notes through XLOOKUP?

Hi all,

I am working in a model and we are consolidating the data source for the sheet. However, on the original tab, there were many notes entered, explaining where a certain number came from/why it is higher or lower/etc. I cannot copy and paste this list of data+notes into the main model, because it is not a perfect match. Is there a way to "XLOOKUP" the notes? Or some other method of transferring the notes without having to go cell by cell and copy/paste. Attached is much smaller example. There is a list of data with formats and notes, and I would like to take all of the cell content and match it to the matching project names in a separate list. I do not want to use copy and paste, because the list is different and in a different order.
