There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

OK - so what EXACTLY do you want help with? Please provide some specific guidance. Where do you need changes? How should those changes look? What have you tried so far that hasn't worked? This is a big file with several tabs and you've given no explanation at all.

I've removed the workbook as you had forgotten to desensitise it. It appears to contain real names and E-mail addresses, so this is a data protection issue. Please desensitise it, annotate it and attach it again once you've done those things.
