Hello,
There are users use the excel file with formulas which has maximum of 30MB size. Most of the time excel does not respond and
device is unable to use.Users need to kill excel in task manager to bring the device to normal state.
Example They are trying to copy and paste empty cells to different place on the same sheet. Device is started to hang.
Attached the installed version and it is Office 365 64 bit. Operating system also 64 Bit.
Images are of little use in most circumstances.
Please post your workbook for review.
That file is not 30MB - it's 3GB (3000MB) and that is HUGE!
Wgat formulae are you using in the workbook? Full column references? Volatile functions?

Looks like there is more than one workbook contributing to the 3GB?
Maybe - but at least one of them is enormous!
Nowhere near enough specific detail from the OP to expect any real assistance with this. "Here's a picture of two cars. One or both of them has/have problems, but I'm not going to tell you which one. Furthermore, you are not allowed to inspect the engine of either".

Not sure of the rationale behind this, but I'd first check if this sheet is the/a big one and then maybe check the number of conditional formats and styles.They are trying to copy and paste empty cells to different place on the same sheet

Unfortunately I cannot share the excel file here. Is there any list of checks [Steps] to be performed when the excel become not responding?
I asked you what formulae you are using. You can share formulae - just copy and paste a few of them.
Also, are you using conditional formatting? If so, is its use extensive? Also share some examples of CF formulae, if used.
If I don't get any specific, useful information in your next post, then I shall walk away from the thread.
At the moment, you are expecting your helpers to be able to diagnose a problem based on nothing more than the size of the workbook, and that's impossible for anyone who isn't clairvoyant.
