    Conditional Formatting

I want to set conditional format for Column U.. if the percentage is greater that 10% the cell is light green. If the percentage is less that -10% the
cell turns very light red. See the template attached for how i want it to appear.

Thank you so much in advance for your time and assistances.

    Re: Conditional Formatting

Pretty simple. You already have some conditional formatting rules so I'm not sure why this one is giving you trouble:

    Re: Conditional Formatting

    Select the U column.
Go to the Home tab and select Conditional Formatting in the Styles section.
    Select New Rules
In the window that appears, select "Format cells containing..."
Enter the condition: "greater than" and the value "10%".
Click on the "Format" button, select the "Fill" tab and select the desired light green color.
    Click OK.
To make a cell appear very light red when the percentage value is less than -10%, repeat the same steps, but enter the condition "less than" and the value "-10%", and then select the light red color you want.
