Error on Appian download Excel

Hi,

I have an activity log i need to fill out - the date and time need to be in a specific format. The sheet itself is locked on all bar the few cells i can actually edit which is the date and time.
The sheet actually accepts if i put all of the times the same (eg same value as in C17)
Error reads "Incorrect format or Value should not be less than the start date". I cannot see any reason why i am getting this error, when it accepts it as above - its the same format!

I am not able to upload a copy of the sheet due to sensitivity issues (and not been able to delete the sensitive info). I have attached a screenshot of the error message and the section of sheet i am trying to use.

Any help greatly appreciated.

The data in your "End" column looks like it's probably text, not a date. It's not the same format as the Start column. It is difficult to diagnose this without a file, but you should check to see if the data in both columns is dates or text. You can check by forcing the format to a custom format like "m-d-yyyy h:mm" and see if the displayed value changes to match the custom format. If it didn't change, it's text.

Can you create a file that has just the part shown in your screenshot to attach? You can just copy it into an otherwise blank file.

BTW from your screenshot we cannot tell which cell is C17.

It looks like the original file is still attached and the new one is not a valid attachment.

Click on Edit Post under the post, scroll down to the link that says Manage Attachments, and then add your new attachment.
