Hey everyone,
I've been grappling with a problem for some time now:
I want to divide the number 31 by the time 00:23,14 (format mm:ss,00).
I attempted to use the following formula "=B1/SECOND(A1)"
B1 as "31"
A1 as "00:23.14"
It seems like it only considers the 23 seconds and not the 14 milliseconds because I always get the result "1,347826087" instead of "1,339671564".
Is there a workaround to include milliseconds, or is it only possible to divide by full seconds?

I'm having dificulty reproducing this!! Please post a sample file, correctly formatted.
BUT... second can ONLY return an integer from 0-59.

=31/(86400*A1)
formatted as general.
