Checking data between Table 1 and Table 2.......what is the easiest way?

Hello,

I need to use Table 1 to check the values that have been entered in Table 2 to make sure the values have been entered correctly.

What is the easiest way of doing this? Is there a formula to do this?

I have attached the spreadsheet onto this post.

Please note, I have purposely entered some incorrect values in Table 2 to check if the method or formula used will work.
