Retun a value based on the values/dates in other cells

Hello,

In the example attached with expected results, I am looking to return values based on values and dates in other cells in the same row.

I appreciate any help with this.

Hi DJunqueira, that works great.

I have an updated (attached) there may be an instance where ACTIVE(d) has the text value of "No Activity", If that is the Case, I would need the return to be "YES", similar if the date was older than 6 months.

I really appreciate the help.
