    Wrapped cells don't print correctly

I have a spreadsheet with many rows with a lot of cells of wrapped text. Many of these wrapped cells don't properly vertically size correctly meaning that when printed, the last row (or more) is not showing. e.g. if I show the proper row height (with 100% screen magnification) to be, say, 45, with 3 rows of text, it only prints 2-1/2 rows meaning the 3rd row of text can't be read. Even when I auto fit the entire worksheet, it doesn't fix the problem.

I would really appreciate any advice of how to fix my challenge.
    Thanks,
    RR

Print settings must be configured correctly. In some spreadsheet programs, you can select the "Scale to One Page" or "Scale to One Page Width" option to ensure that the entire content appears on the printed page.
Try manually adjusting the height of the lines with wrapped text. You can try increasing the row height to ensure that the text in the cells is fully visible.

Re: Wrapped cells don't print correctly

When you say "In some spreadsheet programs", I am using Excel 365 on a Windows 10 platform. I have uploaded two images. One is the what my spreadsheet looks on the screen and the other show what the printout actually looks like. Notice that the last 3 rows cut off the bottom half of the last row. I literally have several hundred cells with wrapped text in this workbook. Manually trying to size a cell still seems to just be crap shoot. Even with VBA code, isn't there way to count the row of output and may add X number of pixels to the height?
