New workbook with no Add-ins

I have a workbook with several Add-ins and conditional formatting but no vba.

I want to share out a copy of just 1 sheet to a new workbook to share with others in my team. Users on other machines will open a read copy from a network file share but are unlikely to have the necessary add-ins for it to calculate the sheet.
So basically i want to somehow reference all data to my master copy.

So they open the file, and the data displayed is exactly what's on my master copy. I've tried a copy/special paste etc but it's still missing data.
is this possible?

Basically my workbook will do all the heavy lifting.
