1st time posting and love excel, use it daily. I have a new job, new team of 30 and need to start tracking resources, time and effort. I was looking for template to calculate resource, resource availability per day, resource utilized per solution? Not able to find anything free? A Nice Gannt chart would be so helpful.

There are a huge number of free Gantt templates out there. If you have needs that aren't addressed by them maybe you can be more specific about what you need and we can help find one, or tailor one to exactly what you need. "Resources, time, and effort" is a pretty generic description of this types of things.
