If cell S4 value is K38 then cell T4 becomes value of cell A1

Does that even make sense???

I have a cell that looks at 5 different cells (S4) and chooses the highest value (bowlers average).
Then the adjacent cell (T4) needs to become the name of that bowler (cell A1)
