I just need help setting up a basic excel sheet - I have a program which extracts the following data to a excel spreadsheet

ID NAME START END CAR
12 Lee 19/04/2024 17:15 24/04/2024 17:15 Toyota
13 Joe 19/04/2024 11:00 22/04/2024 8:00 suzuki
14 Mike 19/04/2024 8:00 19/04/2024 17:00 kia
15 John 19/04/2024 10:00 19/04/2024 16:00 ute

I'd like to have this automated into another sheet I have setup where the values and stuff are setup on our company sheets.
This is not the same cell placement etc, how can I set this up??
