    WoW difference in sales numbers

Hello, I've attached a sample dataset with Date, weekday and sales column. The task is to find the difference between sales numbers of a particular day of a week with the same day of previous week. For example, in the attached sheet cell C10 has Saturday as weekday and I want to find the difference between Cell D10 and D3 as the previous Saturday was recorded in cell C3. Can someone please help.

Thanks Ali, this is what I wanted, except, instead of D3-D10 I wanted it to be D10-D3. Thank you very much Ali.
