    print alignment

Hi! My name is Steve Grimes. I haven't posted in a while, but way back when, I learned a ton of stuff in this forum. What I'm having a problem with now is precise printing. I have a sheet that is 40 columns.25" each, by 80 rows .1" each. IOW, 8x10 inches. I'm trying to print this at full size and centered both ways. This is to fit exactly on a sheet of pre-cut labels, ((40)1" by 2" labels). It seems no matter how I adjust the margins, which should work with everything set to 0", no head, no footer, it's slightly off. If I need to export to Word, or Acrobat or even PS I can. Any ideas? I'm trying to post a .png image, but the system won't let me.
