Find a MAX in a ROW and add corresponding numbers in another row to this max

Dear Colleagues
Attached please find my spreadsheet. I have found MAX in ROW 4. Now I want to add all the numbers in ROW 2 up to this MAX. Your assistance will be very highly appreciated.

It's not very clear what you want - perhaps use this formula in C5:

=C2+$B5

then copy across as required.

Other cells are =D2*80% so you can't have all numbers same if you keep that logic
