    Post Showing the graph in descending order

    I am trying to prepare a weekly tracker for my open cases. I would like to see the graph in descending order. For example, (for wk 1 order should be - Region, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Ghana, India, and South Africa). I want to see all my weekly graphs in descending order according to the numbers. I tried to solve this based on my knowledge, unfortunately I couldn't find a solution. I request assistance from our expert on this. Thanks in advance

    I have attached a sample file.

    Re: Showing the graph in descending order

    It might be helpful to know what you have tried and rejected so we don't repeat some of your past attempts. It might also help to be more specific about the requirements for the final chart.

    The key thing to know is that Excel arranges the columns in a column chart by the order they exist in the spreadsheet. So, when you want the columns in the chart to be from largest to smallest, you must arrange the data in the spreadsheet from largest to smallest.

    As a starting place for exploring possible solutions, here's what I did:

    1) In A41:A46, I enter the numbers 1 to 6.
    2) In B40, I enter =B1 to make a copy of the "Wk" heading.
    3) In B41, I enter a LARGE() function to sort the values in column B from largest to smallest. =LARGE(B$2:B$7,$A41) [note the mix of relative and absolute references, then copy/paste/fill into B41:B46].
    4) Select B41:B46 -> Copy -> Make copies below Wk 5, Wk 10, etc.
    5) Move each of these columns to eliminate the empty columns between (if desired).
    6) Select this block of cells (A40:G46) and insert a clustered column chart.

    How does that look? What do you like about this chart? What is missing?
