Find function or method to delete rows

Hi, I am looking for a function that compares the range A:A of the 'From' worksheet with the same range of the 'To' worksheet. And delete the rows in the 'to' worksheet that are not in the 'From' worksheet.

Please try this method.
C3 cell in the 'to' sheet, input this formula and copy down.
Filter this sheet, and select 'Delete' value in the "C" column, and select all rows filtered, delete all.

It does not do that. The value in column A next to Delete is in the From table. The formula is good just always check one row up. Also, if I delete these rows then the formula, again, marks rows with Delete

Please check this file, I deleted that rows.
